Below you will find step by step instructions of how our membership process works and the requirements necessary to join our Association. If you have any questions, please call NCBOR at 870-425-4500 or email office@ncborar.org.
*Please note that if you are a new PRINCIPAL BROKER, the membership process has a few more details*
FILL OUT APPLICATION
First, we will need you to fill out the new member application at the link below.
SEND COPY OF LICENSE
After you submit your application, please email a copy of your current AREC license to office@ncborar.org
WATCH FOR WELCOME EMAIL
Once we have processed your application, we will send you a welcome letter that will contain information on how to pay your dues.
All REALTORS® are required to have a Primary Association membership with their board of choice. REALTORS® may join other Associations by applying for Secondary Membership, giving them access to that Association's local benefits. For REALTORS® who have another Primary Association membership, and are only needing MLS access, an MLS-Only subscription is available.
NOTE: Real Estate Agents & Appraisers will use the same link to apply for membership. Appraisers, please put your Certified Licenese Number in the space for Real Estate License.
PRIMARY
Includes the following memberships:
- North Central Board of REALTORS®
- Arkansas REALTORS® Association
- National Association of REALTORS®
- Mountain Home MLS *
*If joining as a REALTOR®, the sponsoring Broker must also have an active Primary or Secondary membership.
SECONDARY
Includes local membership with North Central Board of REALTORS®.
MLS subscriptions may be added during the application.
If joining as a REALTOR®, the sponsoring Broker must also have an active Primary or Secondary membership.
MLS-ONLY
Includes Mountain Home MLS subscription.
If joining as a REALTOR®, the sponsoring Broker must also have an active MLS subscription.
NCBOR MEMBERSHIP PRICING
Pricing below shows prorated membership dues for North Central Board of REALTORS®. These fees DO NOT include fees for Arkansas REALTORS® Association or the National Association of REALTORS®. For more information on State and National dues, call the office at 870-425-4500. Please note invoices 2026 dues will be released on Novemeber 1. NCBOR uses NAR's E-Commerce to collect dues. Dues may also be paid in person with cash or check.

new agent orientation
New Agent Orientation is a mandatory class that must be completed to fulfill your new membership requirements. If you miss the class, you status will be changed to inactive until the class the complete. The cost of the course is $35 and will be scheduled when there are enough new members. New member Code of Ethics must be completed prior to Orientation.
Per the NCBOR by-laws, the course must be completed within 360 days of joining NCBOR. New agents will receive communication on when their next available class will be scheduled.
